Shipping

Shipping costs are indicated and apply according to the weight and destination of the shipment. Each LIZK creation is sent to you in careful packaging.

Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days. All shipments are entrusted to La Poste. The delivery time in metropolitan France is generally 2 to 3 days for Colissimo and 5 days to other European countries.

LIZK cannot be held responsible for damage caused during postal delivery, nor for delivery delays due to possible failures of postal services, nor for loss of the package.

Do not hesitate to contact me directly in case of shipping issues, we will always find a solution together.

Taxes

In the European Union, all prices on lizk.fr  are given in Euros and are shown inclusive of French sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 20%.

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, every buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Within this 14-day period, inform me of the exercise of your right of withdrawal by mail at info@lizk.fr

Products must be returned in their original condition in order to be resold, with the packaging being able to be opened. Any product showing signs of use will not be refunded or exchanged. It is the user's responsibility to keep proof of this return, which means that the items must be returned by registered post or by any other means giving a definite date to this dispatch.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specific indications, to personalized products, nor to sale items.

 Refund Conditions and Timing

Once we receive your return and verify the state of the returned goods, the sum debited from your credit or debit card minus the cost of original shipping will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 business days for the credit to post to your account. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

The refund of products is full. It is carried out by transfer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In the presence of a defect, I commit to replacing your product or refunding you as soon as possible.

Returns after 14 Days

Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only accept returns. Exchanges are not currently available.
